The design of the human body resembles a 5 pointed star. There are 5 cardinal lines in the body which are the main lines of action in motion. This lesson will clarify the 5 lines: the places where the lines of the arms and legs meet at the torso and translate movement to the central line of the spine. We will gain a clear sense of the midline through lengthening the spine and exploring the connections of the 4 points that cross the spine. This class integrates the entire body to move freely and effortlessly!
