Muscular movements that do not have good skeletal support underneath them create enormous wear and tear on the body’s musculature and fascia. Grounding is an essential centering skill that offers us the vital trust in our inherent inner core stability for balance. Like the roots of a tree, when we are anchored to the earth we are strong and stable and able to endure the storms of life.
