Aligning Legs for Freer Hip Joints 12/15/20 – Video
In this Somatics Online Class we will explore how the aligning the feet, legs and pelvis creates more freedom in the hip joint. Each joint of the lower limb must function with balanced mobility in order for the hip to move efficiently in walking. Balance in the pelvis is also required so that the ball of the hip (femer) can rotate in a forward and backward motion within the socket during walking.
