Healthy Joints 9/22/20 – Video
In this movement exploration I will be guiding you into a detailed journey of our body’s joints. For joints to be functional and healthy they need to have balanced muscles, ligaments and tendons that support them. When the fascia around the joints becomes restricted it stiffens our joints, limiting movement and creating dehydration in the joints which can lead to inflammation and arthritis.
As we bring awareness and movement into our individual joints the fascial tension around them softens and we are able to create lubrication for joints to move more freely.
