This class will be be diving into a deep exploration of the function of the feet, how to create mobility in the ankle and restore healthy arches.
Your feet are paramount to your overall health and wellness and effect every other part of your body. One foot has 26 bones, 33 joints, 19 muscles and 107 ligaments and they all work together to provide balance and support and movement for your living system. Imbalances in the feet cause symptoms in knees, hips, lower back and even up into the neck.
You will need a belt, strap or scarf for this class as we integrate feet with the knee and hip.
