When our skeleton is well supported and aligned we need less muscular effort to hold ourselves upright in relationship to gravity.
In this class we will be integrating and connecting the two most primary girdles in the body: the pelvic and the shoulder girdle. When the shoulder girdle is not aligned over the pelvis we experience a myriad of problems including low back pain, shoulder and neck problems as well as hip and knee issues.
