Somatic movements re-inform or remind the brain how to reconnect this diagonal pathway so that these two primary girdles are supported through the body’s center. In this lesson you will learn how to use your breath to reduce hip and shoulder pain, feel more comfort, clarity, and ease by integrating movements of your limbs with ribs, spine, pelvis, and the large muscles of your torso. As we clarify the body’s natural pathways of movement through the center of the body our system can rebalance itself with ease.
