Maintaining elongation and unraveling compression in the spinal vertebrae is of primary importance in keeping our spine flexible and mobile. Compression of the spinal shortens the spinal curves and causes us to loose length as we age. Most of the degenerative spinal problems people suffer from come from compression and lack of movement. In this class we will wake up the spines innate capacity to elongate, twist, and rotate which keeps it elongated, hydrated and flexible.
