Our feet are the foundation for the entire body. On an average day our feet absorb up to 3 million pounds of pressure! When our feet
are compromised it demands more of our knees and hips and backs. When our feet hurt the entire body is thrown off all the way up to the neck. When your feet aren’t properly aligned with the rest of your body, it can throw your overall balance off as well. This class will focus on balancing the foundation of our feet and integrating the knees, hips and spine.
