Releasing Neck and Shoulders Part Two – 3/2/21 – Video
Our exploration from last week will continue as we discover the keys to balancing the shoulder girdle and releasing the neck. Our focus this week will be learning how to free the muscles that inhibit rotation of the neck. An important part of that is experientially connecting the neck to the spine primarily through the mid back. Taking advantage of the side lying position we will learn how the stabilizers of the scapula give the shoulder girdle optimal support.
