When the sacrum and articulating hip bones are balanced we feel grounded, stable, and a sense of overall well being. However, habitual tension in the muscles of the hips and pelvic floor can cause the sacroiliac joints to become either compressed or restricted leaving us feeling unstable, ungrounded and unsupported. In this class we will balance the sacrum and pelvic floor through gentle, yet precise, micro movements in order to restore intrinsic motion in the sacroiliac joints.
