Imbalances in the joints between the pelvis and sacrum (Sacroiliac Joints) cause stiffness and pain in the sacrum and lower back. The muscles of the pelvis and hips need to have a combination of mobility and stability in order for our body to move freely and efficiently. This Somatics Class will restore balance to muscles that relate to the hips and pelvis and free the S.I. Joints to rotate and counterrotate as they are naturally designed to do.
