In this unique Somatics class we will explore how using purposeful constraints and placing the body in intentional asymmetrical positions allows us an opportunity to discover support in surprisingly new ways.
When certain freedoms are constrained we can access resources in new places within ourselves. We will learn how to experience the profound relaxation of yielding your muscles to gravity as we use a rolled up blanket to support different areas of the body.
