Given the tumultuous times we’re all living in, having a practice that helps you to unburden yourself physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically is essential to living with equanimity. In this class I will be guiding you into finding and sensing an inner refuge within your self so that you have it available wherever you go. Through guided meditation and Somatic movements you will unburden the shoulders and neck so that they may take refuge in a deeper place of rest and balance.
