Spiraling From the Center 7/7/20 – Audio
It has long been said, “We are only as young as the health of our spines.” This class will be an experiential discovery of the body and spine in spiral motion. Incorporating more spiral movements frees the spine and creates greater joint articulation and overall spinal health. The spine lengthens and elongates through spiraling movements. Spiraling and circular movements also allow for greater freedom throughout your body and helps create space in your joints. This is a fun and enjoyable Somatic movement exploration.
